How long will it take until I get my Custom Order delivered?

You will receive your sofa up to 3 weeks after you place your order.
We will try anything to accommodate your schedule but we will never sacrifice our high quality standards in order to speed up an order.


What do I do if I have any kind of problem with my Galafurnitures product?

Do you deliver your products all over UK?

Yes, we can deliver anywhere. Please contact us to get detailed information.

Will any sofa fit through my narrow hallway/doorway/stairwell?

Many buildings / homes have narrow passages to get through   upon delivery. If a sofa is too large, we can always deliver it in parts (back off and/or arms off) and re-assemble it inside the home. Our solid hard wood frame construction ensures that this will have no effect on the structure of the sofa.

Who will deliver the sofa?

We have our own trucks and delivery personnel.

We offer free white glove delivery service on all Galafurnitures Sofa Beds!

We will deliver it, bring it inside your home, assemble it, and make sure it’s in perfect condition. Our deliveries are usually scheduled to arrive within 3 weeks. We always schedule deliveries to fit the customer’s agenda, Monday-Sunday. We want to ensure complete satisfaction and a true peace of mind for your purchase at absolutely no additional cost!

  • Please make sure you measure your doors and hallways,you must let us know if your doors are smaller then 78cm if so delivery driver needs to unwrap your goods.

1. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods that have been ordered can be delivered, and will fit in to any entranceways/hallways/corridors etc and are wide enough for the goods to pass through and will also fit in the required location within the delivery premises.


2. All deliveries must be unpacked by the customer so that you can check over the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note. If any fault or damage is detected, this must be written on the delivery note. Once goods have been accepted and signed for, we cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note.


3. Our drivers are very careful; however we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods.


4. Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse.


Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
